New Students should be prepared to arrive 10-15minutes prior to your first class to complete a student information form or you can print a form by clicking here and bring the form with you to discuss with the instructor and studio staff. We wish to know your expectations of Yoga and how we can help you with your own personal practice.
Yoga is a practice. You will have good days and challenging days. Yoga is designed to balance your mind, body and spirit as well as to provide cardio, toning, flexibility and strength.
We recommend that you practice everyday if you can in Studio and in the privacy of your home. Please remember that your home practice should be basic and should not involve postures that would compromise your body to injury. A basic meditation for 10 minutes in the evening before bedtime would be an element of your Yoga practice.
You can benefit most by dedicating a minimum of 3 days a week to Studio Practice.
If you have suggestions for class topics, days and hours for classes we will welcome your ideas and input.
