This class is a basic overview of Yoga. Discussion at the beginning of class touches on what Yoga is and how it will benefit you. Second portion of class is basic Yoga, learning asanas (poses), and flow of upcoming classes. Recommended for those who have never experienced Yoga but are curious to learn and begin their practice.

Private Class,  Your choice of times/days. Length:  60minutes

This class is for Moms & Grandmas with Pre-Teen and Teen girls looking to find a fun way to learn Yoga together.  This is a BEGINNER class and provides a good fundamental overview of Yoga. We hope this class brings bonding and healthy self-esteem to your family!

Private Instruction is available 7 days a week at your convenience. Please call or email us to schedule and request pricing. 

Gratis and Complimentary Instruction is availble via Yoga Bear and by review of special needs.  Just ask!

Private Classes are $55.00 and last one and half hours. 

Personal One on One Training is available for women at your Gym or Fitness Center, Your Home, Our Studio or on the Beach, Nature Center, or special locations. 

Some training can be provided at a private gym, ask for details.

Personal Training in Studio/ 2 hours 

Initial Personal Consultation (2hrs )including 4 1hr consultations/personal training during the month.  An evaluation to determine your doshas and which Yoga Style is best for you.  Working with Meditation and Zen to create optimal health and peace.  Unlimited group Yoga classes are also included.  Diet is discussed based on a dosha evaluation and daily guidance is applied.  If requested Chakra and Breathwork is also included as part of the 4 1hr consultations throughout the month.

IRB Yoga is a Yoga Bear Member and is pleased to provide complimentary introduction to cancer survivors before surgery or in early remission. 

Bridal Parties, $15 pp based on 10 or more.  Decorations can be provided upon request.  Food & Beverages can be provided for an additional cost.  Themes are welcome

Children's Parties and/or Themed Birthday Parties.  Decorations can be brought in or we can provide them for a nominal cost.  Cost is based on up to 15 children and 6 adults.

Mommy and Me Classes are availalble upon request to Moms or 3 or More.  Cost is $20.00 per person and an advance notice of 48 hrs is requested.  Teacher is 500hr RYT, 500-ERYT, RCYT, RPYT (Adult, Children & Pre&Postnatal certified through the Yoga Alliance.
